We only want the information we actually need.
This page explains what Profitable Stops may receive, what Gumroad handles during checkout and delivery, and what you should avoid sending us unnecessarily.
Keep the data footprint small.
Website visits
Basic technical request information may be processed by the hosting environment to deliver the site. We will only describe analytics or cookies if we actually enable them.
Support messages
If you contact Support, we receive what you choose to send: email address, order/reference information, issue description, and optional screenshots.
Purchase information
When you purchase Bank Bonus Playbook, checkout and digital delivery are handled through Gumroad. Gumroad provides sellers with customer and order information needed to manage sales and support.
Do not send sensitive banking credentials.
Profitable Stops does not need your bank password, security code, full account number, routing number, Social Security number, debit-card number, or other unnecessary banking credentials to provide product support.
If a screenshot helps, crop or cover unrelated personal or financial information first.
How we use information
Information we receive may be used to deliver and support the product, troubleshoot access or setup, maintain ordinary business records, prevent misuse, and understand repeated customer friction so the product can improve.
We do not need to build advertising profiles or a giant marketing database for V1.
Third-party services
Gumroad
Gumroad handles checkout, payment processing, receipts, and digital delivery for Bank Bonus Playbook. Information submitted there is handled under Gumroad's own privacy and platform terms.
Website hosting
Hosting infrastructure may process basic request information needed to deliver the website.
Future tools
If we later add analytics, advertising, or email-marketing tools, this page should change when the tools change—not before.
Your choices
You can choose not to send optional information to Support. If you contact us, provide only what is reasonably needed to understand the issue.
