Bank Bonus Playbook is delivered electronically. Because the files can be downloaded and retained immediately, completed purchases are generally non-refundable.
No-refund baseline
Except where Gumroad, a payment provider, or applicable law requires otherwise, Bank Bonus Playbook purchases are non-refundable once completed. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction after access, or because a buyer does not obtain a bank bonus, account approval, qualification, or other financial outcome.
Profitable Stops may correct or refund a transaction when the issue is a duplicate charge, failed delivery or access that cannot be resolved, a material technical defect that cannot be resolved, or another material fulfillment failure by Profitable Stops. These are seller or transaction corrections, not a general satisfaction or results guarantee.
Start with Support
For duplicate charges, missing downloads, corrupted files, access problems, or setup issues, use Support first. Many billing, delivery, and setup problems can be corrected without a dispute.

Checkout is handled through Gumroad. Refunds, disputes, and payment handling remain subject to Gumroad's platform rules, payment-provider rules, and any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
